A sister company to Place Borneo Sdn Bhd, a Kuching-based PCO & MICE management company, Rashomon PR Sdn Bhd was conceived to cater for the demands to provide knowledgeable and innovative PR approaches to compliment its event delivery.
The Rashomon Effect
The Rashomon Effect is a term used to describe how a single event can be described in a variety of ways due to the difference in interpretation of multiple witnesses. The witnesses’ subjectivity may be a result of situational, social and cultural differences.

In the public relations world, this is especially applicable, as a strong PR approach can be the difference in how well-perceived your campaign or event is. Whilst Rashomon PR is relatively new, having only been incorporated in 2022, it is helmed by a team of people with a wealth of experience in the Media & Communications, TV, Film & Broadcasting, PCO and MICE Management, and Tourism industries.
